The heart of who I am & How I see the world
Welcome! My name is Brittany. I am honored that you’re sharing your time in my corner of the virtual world. Looking for support can feel both vulnerable and confusing. It is my sincerest hope, as you contemplate working with me that your time is peaceful and positive. You’ve already taken an important step in a healthy direction!
What People Are Saying
You have helped remind me that attitude is important. When my husband says he is tired, I could respond with, “you are tired?! I am exhausted!” But instead I can approach it as, he is being open and vulnerable, and he probably just want’s to be acknowledged.

I have learned more about myself, my thoughts and how to successfully navigate through this spiritual journey on Earth than I ever thought possible! Brittany makes this experience relatable, fun, peaceful and I look forward to our conversation every week.

What makes me human?
I’m a popcorn enthusiast! A fluent speaker of anecdotes and analogies. I believe deeply as human beings, we are always seeking balance and wellness. Likewise, it is my personal belief that we are our own best sources of wisdom. I find genuine joy in collaborating with clients on our quest back to balance.
I leverage my formal education, life experience, faith foundation and yoga training to the degree that feels comfortable for each client. I’m gifted at holding space for both the profound and the practical aspects of being human.
In the end, I’m just like any other person on our beautiful planet trying to live my best life. That means, some moments I do well, other moments, I’d like a “redo”. I’m called to listen deeply. I enjoy helping others see the connections among their existence—all the while, reminding them of their innate health and well-being.
